A crackdown on western influences in fashion may make you think Iran is an unlikely hotspot for cosmetic surgery.

Record numbers of people are going under the knife in Tehran to get that perfect nose.

Her septum may? not be straight, she may have extra mucosal tissue, cartilage, or scar tissue and broken bone may be partially blocking one of her nostrils. Plastic surgeons usually ask if they can do cosmetic work in addition to the plastic surgery. Safer to have a plastic surgeon than a cosmetic-only surgeon. It may cost more, but at least the patient won't end up like Pete Burns or Jocelyn Wildenstein.

I think the majority of people still call themselves persian cause thats wat it use to be called but there was a war or something i THINK it was the arabs who took over and changed Persia to iran and Iranian to Persian.(I THINK! i'm not being racist? or anything but thats my understanding)I just love saying persian it sounds better don't u think? :)

I'm persian- i live in Australia and I'm acutally heading off to Iran to get my nose done next week. I have a lot of problems with it so i have to get them fixed and i kinda hate the way it looks - after seeing the parts in this vid with the surgery and the blood im s**tTING? MYSELF!!!!
